Shalom My Friends

Love..
Ohhh Boy, now this I can say. I love God. I love the color blue. I love chocolate. I love music. I love chai lattes. Man I could go on about the things I love but when it comes to being loved. I suck at it and I don`t fully understand why. My Family and friends love me and I do my best to be receptive of their intimate love. As for my Father Almighty in Heaven, well let me tell you that I forget just how much He loves me. It`s crazy that you can forget such constant love. He is always there to listen to you blab on about what went on during your day or how this or that person may have frustrated you or hurt you. He is always there to wrap you up in his incredible love after a long day. He is always there to whisper into your ear just how much he loves you and your funny quirks. He is always there to catch those tears rolling down your face because of heartache. Yet I still somehow bypass Him in my mind. He is always there to join in laughter at some silly video or joke. He is always there to comfort you if your feeling alone or afraid. The best is realizing He does this all, just because HE loves YOU. It brings tear to my eyes just remembering how intimate our Father`s desire is for us, and we don`t even think twice about it daily.`My heart is sad for those who don`t experience this daily, better yet for those who haven`t at all experienced His love.

I wanna feel the sunlight on my face...

Those are common words of many and it has a lot of value. I believe everybody once in their life has wished for the warm

sunlight to glow upon their face. It`s a lovely feeling I say, furthermore it is sensational to have the warmth from a far away

mass of fire running through your body giving you this joyous feeling. That my friends, is God`s creation, and He made

that for all of us. He made it simply because He love us :)

End note:
Don`t be saddened or burdened, but be encouraged with the fact that you have a heavenly father who desires to be in love with you. Meaning, you too someday, will fall in love with our heavenly Father, if you have not yet. You will grow and experience such intense love it will flow freely out of you into others lives. Without even knowing it you will be changing lives with God`s love. It`s fun, exciting, joyous and astonishing what you will do with God in your intimate relationship with Him.

Here is a beautiful gift for you this season, now how will you open it...?

Here I am Abba

I am here with a purpose. I am a shining light radiating your glory here on earth.
And maybe, just maybe, I will be so humbled to step into your loving presence
and keep running in the race of your kingdom coming here on earth.
No I will, I choose to pick up my armor and declare the glory of the Lord!
It's exciting to see the works of Abba's love and mighty power, and I am in the
midst of seeking provision for what is now and to come. He has his timing I understand
but he also has a will I believe in. As long as I remain in him he shall remain working in me and great fruit will produce for others to chew on. I can see God at work in my heart these past few days. He keeps asking me to keep running at a pace I know of, but I am too weary endure. I was once told when our own resources run out, God's resources become our fuel to run the race. This is how it should always be right?? I believe so. His fuel is what challenges our minds to think of life as a victory on our part and not a challenge to succeed. I have chosen to believe and surround myself with his undeniable love that I know Abba is the reason I live. I know I am a daughter of Christ and nothing can ever tear that away. My heart is open and receiving but also long gone running in the race seeking for more of Him in me. May I be a walking testimony, Amen.

Fragile Competence

Easily broken, shattered, or damaged; delicate; brittle; frail; vulnerably delicate, as in appearance; lacking in substance or force; flimsy:
From the looks of it, we all are in the same situation in life. We're are all in search for security, whether it be in money, love, success, materialism, physical appearance, education, authority, or religion. We are all found in a state or place at some point where we are creating these atmospheres where influential activity undergoes. Yes it's true and is suppose to be deliberate. We all know we are chasing after a way of life that will in the end be hopefully fulfilling and worthwhile. Hmmm.. what about Christians? Are we found to be meandering about just like the rest of the world?? Well unfortunately from what I observe mostly yes. We as humans have a brain that can contain so much information but we insist on filling it with guilty pleasures such like ridiculous TV shows like Jersey Shore or Gossip girl. Really Christians, what good does that gain in your walk with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I have began to understand the frustrations that Jesus might have went through when the disciples would plainly disobey his words of wisdom. People you have got to wake up and smell the sweet joyous essence of the holy spirit. No longer should you walk about this earth like a fragile human being thinking your identity is a sinner, and in being born into sin you remain to think there's not much you can do about it. Man-o-man, life is way to precious some will say, and I do believe that but I don't believe we are to waste it away in indulging in the sweet and guilty pleasures of this perverse world. It's a tough place to be when you decide to be like a single grain of salt fighting against the ways of this world, but you realize God almighty our loving Father is with me. His holy spirit walks in me and his son sits up on his side interceding on my behalf. For without his life here on earth, his blood shed on that cross and his victory over death, I would be broken, shattered and damaged. These I am not because of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit who loves all, says I am a daughter of Christ. This is when you will say:" I am strong in Him alone."

Peace be with you.

My Identity

Have you ever thought about how much life is a pattern.
Just look around you and you will see. Everything has a begining and an end right?
Within the begining and end of each creation there is a progression which becomes a story.
This story evolves into the definition of the use and meaning of everything here.
Look at how basic materialistic objects are interweaved into our society.
We can see at first there is an inventor, someone who has a charasmastic idea that
others will find pleasure in this creation.
Next the idea enters into a process of physical creation, from this point it because a lost cause.
This idea has become a physical object that can be easily put into the hands of unthinkable people.
A lost cause?? Oh yeah!
It begins with a person, a simple yet beautiful well cared for human being.
This human decides they need more in their life to find happyness or just satisfaction in society.
Then they take this thing and introduce it to the people in his daily life,
maybe even radom strangers for the heck of it.
Eventually everything  transcends into a war.
A war begins for this object to become a new generations identity.
I becomes the reason for lives to connect with other lives, no matter where you are.
This is the idea we get in our heads, the idea that we couldn't be happy with any other way of connecting.
Our life become sucked into this progression.
Our identities are ruined and rewritten by the satisfaction of this once simplistic object.
We allow ourselves to be a part of the twindle end to just another charastmatic creation.
So few even know what the begining of the story is anymore, but it doesn't matter.
What matters is that we reconnect ourselves to our true identity and don't allow an idea to control our life.
What we need to do is realize that as a person created with much more creativity than a human mind can imagine, through our powerful God we can do anything.
We can choose to take on the name of Christ and discover our true identity.
A idenity that is not difned by a meaningless pattern.
We have the authority to take control over that and walk with our Father,
and allow him to show us his creativity and wonders.
It's so much more than we will ever know.
God has revealed to me my identity.
to be a servant of miracles to all nations.

Follow up

Don't get me wrong, we have brought change to the community of Ben Venido.
God has done many powerful things here and restored lives.
The last blog update is a perspective of the overall view of the organization.
This last week we have been enlightened with information and frustration of different actions that have revealed the true character of the organization. It is just a bit frustrating coming into a place as disciples fo Christ and you get taken advantage of and used a circus freaks. We came with open and loyal hearts ready and eager to serve. We leave and yes we are tired but we are also hurt, frustrated or confused. Some have had no hinderance but overall we as a group are ready to move on with the holy spirit to where he wants us next.

Lost Hearts

For a minute they feel the true and pure love.
Next they are shoved back into the streets of despair.
It hurts the organ beat within my chest,
and I feel helpless to what is next.
I wish I could fix this.
They enter with eager hearts as the gate opens
once they have full stomachs and a glimpse of hope,
the dragon comes and back to despair they go.
Why are we so nieve,
how can we change this.
This is not justice but deception,
deceptive love.
We come here to serve and pour.
As we watch the usual interaction
we can see that this is all fake.
That the truth is within the lie,
the truth is just hidden.
My heart burns for true love for each child.
My mind rages with Justice.
Do you really think this is God's will,
his will to open your gate,
to feed a small portion of grub,
to push down their throats a word of hope,
and then shew them out back into the streets.
I sure don't.
From the time arriving here
and the time we are about to leave,
I can see the change in the childrens lives.
I can see God's will has been done for these few weeks,
but I can also see that this is only a temporary fix.
This saddens me... a lot.
I pray to God everyday,
I pray that he will bring healing and restoration.
I hope to see thsi place rise up above it's disloyal leader
and declare the glory of the Lord.
That in every Godly action or word
His name is declared.
This nation is in desperate need of restoration.
We have done the will of God
and our hearts and mind are tired.
My team has poured every inch of love into this community.
We have witnessed great works of the Lord,
but now it is time to move on.
God is calling our team to Haiti.
What he has in store there
we do not know,
but we do know that it will be for His Glory.
God Bless

Day 1 and 2 Introduction

Wise Words Come From the Mouths of People with Understanding.
Proverbs 10:13

Day 1~ Highlight
We sat in a suppermarket singing worship songs :)
Squishing into a tiny van with 15 people. haha
Day 2~ Highlight
Being confirmed that God has created us with authority over all through Him.
Having good old Peanut  Butter and Jam sandwhiches
Singing Disney songs while doing dishes.
Helping put on a Kids service :)

Food for thought:

in warm cultures we pertain the ability to satisfy the human race with love and hospitality.
In cold cultures we pertain the ability to satisfy the human race with direct giving of objects and time and service. Both have alot to offer but which has the ability to change the lives of others? Which has the ability to change the yearning hearts of others?
Having living in both cultures of the two types, I have come up with an answer worth wrestling with. My answer comes from experience in living within community and interacting with locals. It's human nature to want to change the lives of others whom we think are wierd, wrong or different. The fact that we think some practises or values of a culture is wrong, is wrong of us within itself.
Now let not begin to deny that we think this or do this. We all do when we expereince a new culture and when we experience this, we experience culture shock. We simply maybe just need to remind ourselves frequently, "who are we to know what is right and what is wrong in other cultures". We really don't know because it is not our culture or way of life, it's their way of living life. We know that God is overall and he is the one and only God who loves everyone and everything no matter what they do. His love is infinite. he is the main judge the only one who brings true and honest Justice. Look at Jesus in the bible with the adultrous woman, that was him working Justice and judgment here on earth. We are in the end responsilbe for ourselves first then our brothers and sisters. When we deal with ourselves and our issue then we can be great examples and be used in the kingdom to glorify God. We should never through the first stone at someone because they did something wrong. Just like we should never be the first to judge another culture adn their practises. God is our Judge, Love and Peace. Through Him we have a compassionate life to offer the world. A life full of his beautiful gifts to pour out and love.
That is some delicous food for thought by Kelly :)

Stay Tuned....

Be Free

BE FREE

Delight in who God has made you.
Renounce the truth you are given.
Open the gifts given form on high.
Now relax and enjoy the gift.
Learn how to use it to it's best.
And then pass it down for others.
Be a blessing,
because you were blessed,
to be a blessing.

Seasons

We switch from season to season every few months in Canada.
In Mexico, we switch seasons every couple of months.
Metaphorically speaking, I am stepping into a new season in my life.
Literally speaking, Mexico is like Alberta in a way.
It has it's warm days and it's cold days,
but what's crazy is that Tijuana has spontaneous cold and hot days.
So I guess you could say that TJ is an exception to literal season change.
If you were to look at it metaphorically though.
Well that's a different story.
People come and go follow their calling by God.
Theres new passions arising
causing potential ministries to lift off the ground.
I am very excited to let you know how it is for me.
I am stepping into a new season in my life.
Where this next step is, I do not fully know quiet yet.
I do know though that God has revealed to me
that I am to pursue the Passion to stop as Human trafficking.
He had shown me ways that I can pursue this dream or will if you rather,
by one; presenting a school in England with a humanity core course.
two; by presenting a couple contacts for my internship in England that work in the UN.
three; by revealing to me that I have a success story in his love and grace from sexual abuse.
God has made it clear to me that He has a purpose for me
and that my past is no longer a hindrance
but a new way of making his name known.
In making His name known in all nations where sex trafficking is an issue,
I will be a living, walking testimony of his love pouring out to all those people.
those who are oppressed by this dark and evil problem in society.
I am stepping out in faith and love.
I am stepping into a new season.

Faith

This week God is teaching me more about Faith.
Our speaker for the lectures in my class is teaching about Inner healing,
and this is what I am receiving;
God is exposing his desire for me to be whole heartedly faithful to him and his plans for me and others he has put in my life.I realize that he has created me in such a way that when I carry out his plan for me,I should not doubt. He is revealing to me to live a life of true faith and to fulfill my calling. God is showing me many aspect in how I am to do the following in his kingdom. God has shown me that he has this tremendous love that most of the world does not even know of. His love is so infinite and constant and he has shared with me that he wants to use me to spread his love in the missionary field. Today during our morning intercession, we were introduced into a family need. One of our members of our family here in Tijuana has a young little boy with the name of Jesus, he has an unknown sickness causing him to have spontaneous seizures lately. The family recently consulted a doctor and found out they need to consult a physician and get treatment done. With finding this out the family was also informed with the cost of following through with this and it is about $200 which the family has no way of paying. This is not surprising but it is still saddening, Tijuana is a highly poor state in Mexico. The majority of the people of Tijuana are not rich nor middle class and when such situations arise they find themselves in a bit of an unfortunate situation. This breaks my heart because of the economy the people can try as hard as they can to reach the amount needed but from my knowledge gained here. A lot of the time they loose their family members to the sickness and they feel like sickness has conquered them again. the enemy uses this to his advantage too. I want to be a difference in this situation and God is calling em to be. I am capturing the love of God and I choose to show his love by supporting this family and donating some of the funds needed to help this young boy. I know that God will reveal his Glory because I do this for him and only him. I could just keep my money I have earned for to be here and use it for my own needs, but God has asked me to different. He is asking me to step out in faith and show His love.

What is God asking you to do today?

The Beauty of Expression

God wants us to walk in truth. If we are walking in lies, if we are saying things to make ourselves sound cool, we are just building a trap for ourselves. Walk in the truth, there is freedom to be yourself in truth. God has also given unique expressions to each cultures and something that missionaries did that was wrong is that they said this is how you worship God. This is after  the people  accepted Christ, each cultures have different ways of worshipping. The missionaries tell them to stand up and sing when you worship and told them to cover their bodies  with clothes like them. They tried to conform them to their culture. They told the people of different cultures that their expression of worship is wrong and the way they dress and present themselves is also wrong. So hearing these twisted lies of God made all of the world loose their unique expression or think our view of God is demonic. We need to share with the rest of the world that their culture is not wrong and that God loves their worship in their own unique expression because he created us uniquely. As Christians we have to realize that in our culture there is fraud. We need to apply God’s culture to our culture and we have to know that God is unique. God doesn’t expect us to just sing. He wants us to express our worship to him in our unique ways. We are his beautiful people and we really need to know that and listen to him say that daily.
